An initial consult is the first step towards learning what your specific case may require. During our first meeting, you will learn about your rights and obligations arising from a divorce/marriage and/or having a child with another person. The standard issues we help people address during a divorce include, but are not limited to: (1) child custody and visitation, (2) child and spousal support, (3) property/debt division and (4) attorneys fees and costs. During the consultation, we review the various options for finalizing a prenuptial agreement or obtaining a separation/divorce. Ultimately, each client must chose his/her own path, and we then assist you with the options that best suit your goals.
Collaborative Divorce We offer collaborative divorce counsel in divorce, custody, visitation, support and property matters, helping you resolve differences without the intervention of the court. we will work with you, your spouse, opposing counsel and any outside experts to formulate agreements that are in the best interests of everyone involved. When successful, the collaborative process saves time and money.
Child Custody Matters We will help you establish and implement, custody arrangements that are in the best interests of your minor children while protecting your rights as a parent. Our primary goal, in all custody disputes, is to minimize the emotional harm to your minor children.
Marital Property Disputes We will help you equitably divide the debts and assets of your marriage, including real and personal property, retirement funds, investments and business assets.
Alternative Family Situations We provide advocacy and counsel for men and women in non-traditional relationships, including domestic partnerships and same-sex unions. We advise and represent clients in all family law matters, including custody, visitation, support and property distribution.

I had a time sensitive legal matter which unfortunately landed during the end of the year holidays. I contacted Meisa per a recommendation of a family member. Even under such tight time constraints, Meisa delivered outstanding work. She made herself available to speak on the phone even when the office was closed for Christmas. She is a kind and caring individual and you should look no further! With such sensitive matters, this office is very accommodating, compassionate and understanding of people's needs - and that's why they are the best. Meisa is a litigant not just a paper pusher!!! You are getting a serious attorney when you hire her. She has appeared in front of all of the county judges and knows what to expect from each one. She is well regarded and respected in her field by both colleagues, superiors and clients.
Immigration process in itself is a very stressful process. I needed an immigration lawyer for my sister and her family. They were denied during the interview process, so I reached out to a handful of lawyers around the area. Meisa was able to see me within a day's notice. Meisa put me at ease and was able to comprehend my sister's difficult case. She guided me on type of documents and files I had to gather for her to put together a case. As I have never been through this "unchartered immigration case", I was so happy that I had found Meisa on Yelp!
Meisa's email response is prompt and efficient. Anytime I had a question, I can either email or call her for any questions. I am very happy to say that Meisa and her team was able to bring my sister and her family to America. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Meisa! THANK YOU SO MUCH, MEISA!!!
Meisa and her staffs have been great assistance with providing me with all the necessary insight for my case and have guided me and provided with great details and knowledge to help me prepare myself for my what I need! Great services and she is always there to help!
